When you book, Northwater collects your name, email address, phone number, trip choices, and any notes you choose to share. These details are used to process your reservation, arrange your trip, and contact you about it.

Payments

Payments are processed on Stripe’s checkout page. Your full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in Northwater’s booking database. Stripe’s privacy information is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Your trip details

Reservation and contact information is accessible through the protected guide dashboard. Do not include payment-card numbers or sensitive medical details in trip notes. Contact Northwater through your guide to request a correction or deletion of your information, subject to records needed for your booking or payment.

This website

The website uses booking and sign-in features needed for its operation. This version does not include advertising trackers or a marketing mailing-list signup. Contact information submitted for a booking is not automatically added to a promotional mailing list.
